The visa issued will be a Schengen visa, which is valid for travel in all Schengen member states (unless otherwise indicated). For visa requirements, travel documents accepted by Austria, the list of countries whose nationals must be in possession or not of visas when crossing the external borders, where you apply, application forms, processing charges and time, types of visa, please visit the consular information on the web site of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Austria at http://www.bmeia.gv.at/en/travel-stay/entry-and-residence-in-austria/.

Only registered authors, sponsors, exhibitors, and participants may receive such support letters.
PLEASE contact the Registration Chairs before you proceed and in case you have any further questions.
To be on the safe side, please plan for alternate presenter(s) of your work in case the visa application takes much longer or does not get approved.

If you wish to attend the conference and have a visa letter, you must contact the registration chairs before you register. Please explain why you wish to attend, what is your business, what kind of support you have, and provide full documentations as requested by the registration chairs. We only provide letters when your folder is complete to our satisfaction. We strongly advise you not to register before that since there are no refunds issued.
