We have arranged for a block of rooms at the Hilton Innsbruck, Innsbruck, Austria. These rooms have been blocked to give attendees a special conference rate between July 17 and July 22, 2016. The special nightly conference rate is as follows:

The rates above include VAT, guestroom internet access and breakfast, but do not include € 1.00 city tax per person per night. Guest room rate will be available 3 days pre and post conference subject to availability.

Hotel Self-Parking: 15.50 € (Per 24 Hours). Valet parking not available.

All guests will be responsible for making their own hotel registration, reservation and payments, and must make these arrangements directly with the Hotel. Attendees are responsible for all charges associated with their respective room reservations.

To qualify for these special HPCS2016 rates, you must make reservations directly with the Hotel by Monday, June 15, 2016, by 6:00 PM Central European Time. The block will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis until it is full. All reservations must be guaranteed before this cut-off date. Requests after this date will be taken on a space available basis at the prevailing rack rate.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel by 7 days prior to arrival with no penalty. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. Early departure fee will apply unless the Hotel is notified 48 hours prior to the requested departure date. Attendees are encouraged to confirm departure date prior to arrival to avoid any departure penalties.

Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 Noon.
